This policy explains how Off the Clock Studio LLC ("we," "us"), a limited liability company, handles information in connection with this website (offtheclockstudio.app) and, at a general level, our apps.
Each app has its own privacy policy. The policy inside an app and on its store listing is the controlling document for that app, because it describes exactly what that app collects and why. This page covers the studio website and our shared practices.
Information we collect on this website
This website is a static informational site. It does not require an account, does not include forms, and does not use advertising trackers. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and reliability purposes. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Information we collect through our apps
Depending on the app and the features you use, our apps may collect:
- Account information you provide, such as an email address, when an app offers sign-in.
- Content you create in the app, such as saved recipes, logs, or game data, so the app can function and sync across your devices.
- Purchase status from the App Store or Google Play, so paid features unlock correctly. We do not receive or store your payment card details — payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
- Basic diagnostics, such as crash reports, used only to fix problems.

How we use information
We use information only to operate and improve our apps: providing the features you signed up for, syncing your content, responding to support requests, processing legally required requests, and fixing bugs. We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run our apps — for example, cloud hosting and databases, and transactional email services used to send things like sign-in and account emails. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
Your choices and rights
- Access or deletion. You can delete your account and its data from within each app's settings, or email us and we'll do it for you.
- Email. Any non-essential email we send includes a way to opt out.
- Regional rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights over your personal data. Contact us and we will honor applicable requests.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, associated personal data is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period, except where a longer period is required by law.
Children
Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect the data we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the responsibility seriously.
